    um...I totaly have this opinion about salmon, and I tell everyone. Cause I don't want people to make the same mistake I did when I encrusted a salmon with herbs once.

    Every bite was like an herby reminder of what could have been.

    You could encrust it with nuts or something mild. I tend to cook most fish with salt, pepper, butter, lemon and dill. I can't complain about the dried herbs, working for Watkins as I do...
